1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using axzo.top located at axzo.top (the "Website" or "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and the operators of axzo.top. • Using the Tools for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
You are solely responsible for any data, information, or content you input, upload, or process using the Tools on axzo.top.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
axzo.top, its original content, features, functionality, and the overall design, layout, and look-and-feel are and will remain the exclusive property of axzo.top and its licensors. The axzo.top name and logo are trademarks of axzo.top. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in axzo.top, the Tools, or any content on axzo.top, except for the limited right to use the Service as outlined herein. The Tools provided are for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission from axzo.top. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Tools, but you grant axzo.top a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process such data solely to provide the Service to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall axzo.top, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. AXZO.TOP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AXZO.TOP MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE, AND (IV) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM AXZO.TOP SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless axzo.top, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of axzo.top, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of axzo.top's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from axzo.top.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to axzo.top immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. We also reserve the right to discontinue axzo.top or any Tool, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of axzo.top. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
